How it works
This PDF merge tool uses the pdf-lib library running entirely in your browser. Add one or more PDF files, and every page is listed so you can reorder them with the up and down controls, rotate a page by 90, 180, or 270 degrees, or delete pages you do not need. When you merge, the tool copies the pages you kept into a single new document with copyPages and hands you the combined PDF to download.
Your files are never sent to a server. All parsing, page manipulation, and merging happen locally on your device, which keeps the tool fast and private. It works on any modern browser, on both mobile and desktop. Encrypted or damaged PDFs cannot be read and are reported with a clear status message.

Frequently asked questions
Can I merge pages from several different PDFs?
Yes. Add as many PDF files as you like and every page from every file appears in one combined list. You can freely interleave pages from different source files, reorder them, and rotate or delete any of them before producing the final document.
Does rotating a page re-render or degrade it?
No. Rotation only sets the page's rotation attribute in the PDF, so the original page content and quality are untouched. Each press adds 90 degrees and the value wraps around, so four presses return the page to its starting orientation.
Why can it not open my PDF?
Password-protected or encrypted PDFs cannot be parsed without the password, and corrupted files fail to load. When this happens the tool skips that file and shows a status message naming it, so the rest of your files still work.
Are my documents uploaded anywhere?
No. Nothing leaves your device. The PDFs are read into memory in your browser, edited locally, and the merged result is generated on your machine. There are no uploads, no accounts, and no tracking.
